Summer 2019 Internship

Tenaciti Student Ambassador Program provides an opportunity for local college Sophomores and Juniors to gain real-world experience in the technology space. During the summer program you will serve as the go-to expert in our solutions while building relationships and focusing our student housing market. You will be the face of our company on your campus and will use creative approaches to educate your fellow students and campus organizations on our brand.

Student Ambassadors will gain leadership skills that will help build your resume and scholarship applications. You will earn letters of recommendations and help fellow students and the community learn more about Tenaciti.

Location: Atlanta, GA - Local Applicants Only

Responsibilities:

Representing Tenaciti at a variety of campus events such as:

  • Career fair(s)

  • Info sessions

  • Study sessions

  • On-campus interviewing

  • Speaking engagements with clubs, fraternities, sororities, etc.

  • Building relationships with the career center staff and students

  • Planning and executing speaking engagements, events or activities

  • Coordinate on-campus activities including arranging information sessions and presentations with key clubs and organizations, etc.


Skills and Requirements to Achieve Success:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Energetic and outgoing

  • Well networked, with the campus community

  • Competitive, creative, adaptable and able to think on your feet

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • Must have access to a computer with internet and access to a smart phone is preferred

  • Enthusiasm to positively represent Tenaciti

  • Knowledge of Tenaciti goals and objectives

  • Organizational and time management skills

Account executive

The Tenaciti team is looking for an Account Executive interested in a high impact role at a rapidly growing startup. The Account Executive is responsible for all sales & business development activities for Tenaciti solutions and services. The AE will develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals for new and existing customers, maintain and expand relationships with key decision makers and increase customer loyalty with existing Tenaciti clients. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in growing revenue for a real estate technology startup. The role works closely with the VP of Customer Success for the achievement of customer satisfaction in line with our company’s vision and values.

Location: Atlanta, GA - Metro Atlanta applicants only

Postion: Part-Time

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute sales plans for new and renewal business

  • Generate new leads and identify key decision makers among the targeted leads

  • Deliver product value, features and benefits

  • Negotiate the terms of the sale with the prospect

  • Close sales by building rapport, adding value and providing solutions

  • Maintain a solid pipeline for short term and long term prospect customers

  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services

Position Requirements:

  • College Junior, Senior, Recent Graduate

  • Local applicants only

  • Ability to Work Remotely/Work from Home

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of 10hrs a week remotely

  • Willingness to Travel up to 20% within assigned territory

  • Winning mindset to learn and exceed revenue targets and budgets

  • Open to gaining experience in all aspects of customer acquisition and relationship management

  • A hunter with strong understanding of customer and market dynamics

  • Self motivated to grow inside a dynamic sales environment

  • Excellent rapport building, follow-up, phone and written communication skills

This role is not compensated on an hourly basis; however we offer an uncapped commission based structure based on sales with the potential to make 50-70K Annually.
